The European " Green Deal Industrial Plan " must be implemented right away ,in parallel to the USA Inflation Reduction Act, IRA ,to save the Middle Class which is struggling under massive and real Inflation and Recession. These Programs must help the Middle Class to : Open small and medium Businesses, open Services and Repair and Component Manufacturing and Sales , Design and Coding for the Solar Industry , Heat Pumps, Agrivoltaics, Electric Transportation Factories, Batteries and Chargers, Desalination systems, etc. If the Middle Class and the Working Families don't get this financial, industrial and technical support , the Middle Class will collapse in a few years ,the situation is unsustainable as it is right now , not just in Europe and America, but worldwide .
