Already since Europe does not have an alternative and compliment to the IRS ( Inflation Reduction Act) , 10 to 20 % of EU companies want to move to America and Asia . Only Europe does not understand that the Neocon Oligarchs in Washington DC push this War to bankrupt Europe, Ukraine and Russia and steal their Assets. This War is a continuation of the 1990's Privatizations and Thefts in Russia by the Neocon Oligarchs.
