What matters now is rebuilding Syria , with full public services: Water , Electricity, Food , Hospitals, Schools , Commerce, Trade , Phone & Internet, etc., and that Daesh & Qaeda extreme Jihadis don't take any positions in the new Government, and set back Syria to the stone age , poverty and misery. Syria has extensive and untapped Oil, Gas and Minerals deposits , Exploration and Development must have Stability and Peace. There is no reason for Syria not to become a wealthy and Healthy country.
