Russia segment reporting about Soviet Collapse without mentioning the Oligarchs use of their Ministerial positions in the Soviet Government after the collapse to organize semi - secret Auctions and grab € billions of the best RU Assets : Oil,Gas, Minerals , Ports, Rails , Airports , Factories ,etc ., is very bias reporting ,in my humble opinion. Even Hollywood has talked about it : The Bourne Supremacy. To not mention this massive Fraud can never explain how the Russia Citizens really feel about the Soviet Union collapse.
