Justice Commissioner Reynders : Experts agree that since Europe is a Rule of Law Union, any War Tribunal must investigate all the Cases presented to it , not just from one side but from all sides , one side only would be unethical , unconstitutional and probably illegal. Around the World the EU would look like a partisan banana republic ,it's not serious . Most Experts can't understand the silence about the NordStream Pipelines sabotage , is anyone investigating that ?
