  1. Good news ! These Funds must be watched by EU staff, not NGO 's or other "operators " or they will be used for disasters to blame the EU , as in the past. Take the Afghan, Iraq and Pakistan migrants at the Border in Serbia and Poland from Belarus , look how DW News and other anti EU networks are using them to attack the EU as bad and cruel , while the NGO's video cameras and their Lawyers watch and record and prepare the lawsuits against the EU, it's all manufactured . EU highly paid men must get on the floor , get to Afghanistan and watch the distribution of EU Funds , don't delegate to Hedge Funds Contractors and think tanks, man up ! Thanks .

In my opinion, we must remember that Brookings Inst. was constantly pushing and supporting the Afghanistan and Iraq Wars since 2001 , they were daily on TV Networks and Press insisting that these never ending Wars were necessary and that more involvement was needed . More expensive Military Contracts in my opinion.The US , NATO and EU wasted ~ € 7 Trillion during 20 years of Wars while Afghanistan crops reached every year ~ 5 to 7.000 tons of Opium and 700.000 Americans and Europeans died of Opioids abuse. Ms . Felbab - Brown , in my opinion Brookings should take responsibility, what do you think ?
