  1. Meloni , VonderLeyen: Some low areas get flooded every time , it does not make sense to re - build there. The area , like the rest of Europe , must prepare for the next flood and avoid more damages . This disaster demands a Europe - wide re - assessment of floods ,not only to avoid them but to collect the Water for Crops. Europe needs a Continent - wide Desalination and Agrivoltaics Plan , with SMR and Solar , Wind and Batteries arrays.

  2. VonderLeyen, Meloni : These terrible accidents prove that Europe must be very wise with the EU Taxpayers Funds . That is why Europe must conduct a full Audit of all the Funds sent to Kiev, since very strange companies are going to make decisions about EU Taxpayers Funds in Ukraine: Palantir and BlackRock, who voted for them ? They are getting access to IMF Funds too ? Europeans must vote on all this, in my opinion.
