All these 5 Plans are a must for Europe Economies to start moving forward , the only part missing is the practical, talented and skilled Politicians and Bureaucrats required to make it happen . In the case of Agrivoltaics and Desalination, Farm Equipment manufacturers in Europe are missing the wave : New Equipment will be wanted to integrate these Solar Panels and Wind turbines 2 - 3 meters high above ground, Farm Animals below, irrigation canals and Desalination/ Water treatment local systems working together to let Farmers tend to Crops and Farm Animals in one action . Heat Pumps today can handle extreme hot weather in Southern Europe and extreme Cold Weather in Northern Europe and are the most efficient units to provide Heat and Air Conditioning instantly from the same unit , Europe must focus on manufacturing, not just pompous speeches and Conferences.
