Commissioner Simson, Energy : In my opinion this irrational situation : EU has same amount of solar panels stockpiled than installed , justifies " Executive Action " by the EU and start installing SOLAR PANELS right through the bureaucratic bottleneck . When Europe and the World are paying such high prices for Energy, this situation is absurd, cruel and shameful. Every young European must learn to install Solar, Wind and Batteries Arrays, and specially Agrivoltaics, solar panels high enough ( 2- 3 meters ) that Farm Animals, Crops, Water channels , Desalination systems, etc. , Farm Equipment, etc. can work underneath at easy. The facts above are very sad , like a very old decrepit and incompetent society that never solves anything for anyone . Europe needs action and solutions , thanks!
