  2. In my opinion Europe , together, must have a deep Conversation about AGENTIC AI & Phone Companies, and Chips to run them. The first EU Phone Company has accepted OpenAI to enter behind its Firewalls and Security to offer dedicated AI services to Customers, which is also used to spy on all Customers: Politicians, Military, Law Enforcement , Judges, Scientists, Executives, Parents and Children, etc. At the same time Intel is building a very advanced Chip Wafer Factory in Ireland, but instead of EU financial support, they went with Investment Bankers of the same lobby as OpenAI : Europe not controlling AI Chips and not controlling AI Programs in Phone Companies is surrender, it will be spied and abused upon all the time . This is unacceptable, in my opinion.
