Europe must know who wants to enter the EU , right now with more than 20.000 Prison inmates released or escaped from Afghanistan , Iraq, Syria, Nigeria ,etc. as the Media has reported the last 12 months , Europe must know exactly who wants to enter the EU and for what purposes : They want to respect and integrate into EU Rule of Law and Culture, or they want to use EU Aid Funds to build another social system that is incompatible with EU Culture , Values and Rule of Law. EU Taxpayers have every right to decide how tho spend their Taxes in their European Union. Put it to a Vote.
