This sunni or shiite new population can demand their ideology inserted in all EU Agencies and Programs, even if their organization is influenced by non - elected and self - appointed imams or other religions leaders , which is in itself un - Constitutional and against EU Rule of Law. In my opinion every European Citizen must Vote on these issues and their very serious repercussions.
