A shortage of 200.000 skilled Workers for Electric Vehicles and Heat Pumps Factories amd Installers ? Because most of the Kids and Lobby's protesting against Oil, Gas and Coal refuse to work in these solutions, instead they use daddy and mamy credit cards ( made with chemicals extracted from Oil,Gas & Coal ) to complain about fossil fuels, wearing clothes , sneakers and smartphones that can only be made using Chemicals extracted from Fossil Fuels . b ) If the next GENERATION studies hard with Scientific AI,they will find ways to move atoms around and build new energy molecules, extract fuels from soil, rocks , ocean water and sun photons, but that requires a massive training in AI.
