Biden to ease Venezuela Sanctions and let them export 1 .5 million barrels a day . Venezuela Oil & Gas Industry with € 5 billion in hardware repairs and upgrades can export 3 million barrels a day . The OPEC insult of cutting production to raise prices means a staggering increase in Inflation and Recession in the EU & US and the World.

Macron must propose a fresh start , a united Europe with a better message , specially since the OPEC is cutting Oil & Gas production to increase prices in these difficult times of high Inflation , the EU must show the World that it can build 400 gigawatts of Clean Energies and Electric Transportation Factories in EU . Every European able - body must pick up the shovel and start building these Solar and Wind and Batteries Arrays, for Water Desalination, for Electric Vehicles Chargers , for Electric Aviation and Electric Drone deliveries , for a stable future .
