Take Twitter : Musk just announced he is building a Digital Bank , a Digital Payment Platform using Free Speech and Free Media to do it , now that Twitter this week has the highest number of active users :250 million. Will Brussels unite these 450 million EU Citizens in the Web with new applications ? New ideas ? New Solutions ? Europe is going into Recession and in 2023 the EU has no sources of Cheap Gas or Oil , it's time to maximize what they got : The Web.
