  1. Mr. Hartmann consistently propagates the message that Republicans are the "bad guys" (which they are) and that Democrats are the "good guys" ( which they are NOT). The coercion and subjugation of democracy in America is a bi-partisan enterprise. Our elections are little more than an elaborate "easter egg hunt" for the benefit of of a small cadre of self-interested, well-heeled individuals searching for the golden egg.

  2. Religion and politics is making mad men of us all. Neither is based on verifiable, repeatable, universally-recognized TRUTHS. They are BELIEFS : the unfounded stories we tell ourselves (or more like told to us by our parents). All religions and all politics have that same commonality and contain as much truth as the cherished myths of Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy. Formerly those myths are generally viable until most people reach the age of reason. In the 21st Century, truth, reality, honesty, veracity have become malleable. The age of reason is behind us.
