Is a prenup even worth the paper it's written on? I have heard of judges simply throwing them out. What is the point of a prenup or lawyer if these aren't iron-clad in court?

@jcnlaw Make sure it has the pertinent details, clauses and reasons a judge may be able to throw it out. Make it useful for your layman, if you're going to do it.
