  2.  @minecrafbees  I hear they do, but I've never encountered that many. At least, not enough of them to really take note or at least it's at the same amount for every fandom so I don't take note. I see more people irrationally hating on BTS than their fans irrationally hating on others. Admittedly, I'm might just not be in the places where they gather.

  23. I think that they were just trying to kick out everyone who wasn't a hardcore ARMY in order to find the mole and win the game. It wasn't trying to say that not knowing everything about BTS meant you aren't ARMY. It was just strategy. Edit: but to answer your question, I don't think ARMYs don't have to be involved with everything BTS to be ARMY.

  33. Woah, sorry, but that's really not what people are doing by putting a line between what constitutes a fan and a "particular fan" (such as ARMY). It's just part of the kpop culture because calling yourself a particular type of fan has deeper connotations than just being a regular fan. There's not something like superiority at play when we make distinctions (or at least, I've never seen it be as such). It just means that you declaring that you support that group in particular and want to be part of its fandom. This is integral to how the kpop community functions. It's not a way to put down people. There are plenty of fans who hesitate to name themselves as a "particular fan" because of how hardcore fandoms can be (and other reasons), and likewise, there are plenty of these "particular fan" who aren't that obsessed with the artists, but just want to show that they support that artist. Idk if I really explained it well, but I hope that helps.

  61. Ummm, Tae and Jose definitely knew. Jose is such a well-known ARMY. And ARMY doesn't mean you have to know everything about the fandom or the group. It's fine as long as you support and respect BTS.

  62. I think the vlive/run questions were to snuff out the more casual/new ARMYs so they could narrow down the possible people who could be the mole. Not being familiar or into all BTS content doesn't mean that you're not an ARMY, but trying to keep in only the hardcore ARMYs can make it easier to spot the mole, which is the purpose of the game.
