Thats an stupid assement!..first of all we have seen how drones and cruise missile ( copy of Russian KH.55) have destroyed Saudi refinery protected by Patriot and Avenger)..second Russian weapons have destroyed the Ukraine armed forces and now they lack of Air force, navy and tanks!..we have seen how accurate( we have seen it in kiev Mall market attack) are Iskander, kalibr, Onnyx/Brahmos and these missile can destroy NATO assets easily!...third NATO dont any chance vs Hipersonic weapons!..Khinzal destroyed an underground depot and obviusly if they would have failed USA would has claimed that failure!
