  3.  @andriyOshtuk  The place is nowhere near compatible with EU membership. It has as good as no chance of becoming compatible. Being an EU member is highly unlikely to be very beneficial to Ukraine. Ukraine will not bring much to the EU other than ruining the agriculture of the existing members. I think this is just a tokenist move to appease stupid & ignorant people in Europe who think the EU membership is some doled-out prosperity. Honestly: There are far smarter ways to assist Ukraine.
