@Rohan Santra Kiren Rijiju has said that we will not do it in this monsoon session and we should not expect it in the winter session too because next year many North-East states are going into elections in 2023 there is no chance as in 2024 there are general elections I think we should expect it after 2024 without thinking too much that's it
