  3. In a free country, you're not free to break the law and not be held to account. If you think prosecuting alleged lawbreakers is wasting money, then so be it. But if someone murders your wife/partner/child, would you want money wasted in bringing the perpetrator to justice?

  14. I think you'll find that Zelensky was chosen by the people of Ukraine, not a figment of some people's imagination. However, you are right that Russians should be careful - I'm sure they think that God is behind them, too.

  15. The easiest way to end the war, which Putin apparently wants, is for Putin to withdraw all his troops back to Russia's actual territory, not his wet dream lands. Anything else is a betrayal of Ukraine and, as Jake points out repeatedly, will only serve Russian expansionist plans in the future. Who would trust Russia to observe the terms of any treaty? Okay, lunatics might.
