And most importantly, stop Blackrock from competing with average Joe to purchase home and forced them stockpiling and keeping home out of the market so they can jack up price. Do you want to know what happen if we don't do anything. Go read about coffin home in Hong Kong. 5 families owned half of the real estate in Hong Kong. 70% of average income go to housing. And an apartment of 600 sq feet houses 17 people with one bath room. This is OUR future. Trump will NOT help anf Joe is the same. Tribal politic is not worth it. @UnconventionalReasoning It happened in 2021 and he was the president. Rent went up in some places by 40%. Those are the facts.Did he cause it, that's debateable. Did he do something about it? the answer is NO.

@erikap6469 I see no difference between Biden and Trump. Biden is a war criminal and so is Trump. They are both facist. Except one is openly racist and the other one pretend he is not.
