@european-one Free speech is guaranteed by the government not by the Company. Company can exercise their free speech by firing the employee. There is also an employee handbook that has rules that employee must comply to. She agreed to it when she was hired. Someone should get hold of the handbook and see what the rules are. She can always sue Cathay for wrongful termination. ESPN fired their anchor because she criticized Trump on a tweet. That's the way it is. That is also why Youtube and other media can ban accounts. They have the right.

@Technerd17 It does not matter legally. A speech is a speech. It may not sound fair. But it is difficult to differentiate them by law
