Be very carful if you decide to self medicate yourself. Meats in the market are butchered fresh daily. Fruits, vegetables are pick fresh from their gardens daily. Eggs comes their hen houses and not bleach white like back home. Many meals are bought from vendors with them using fresh ingredients. Sauces and spice mixes, salt, etc. is easier to buy then making from scratch by growing or collecting the ingredients yourself. My wife cooks our meals from scratch buying mainly from the markets only buying things in stores impractical to make. As a result I eat allot healthier staying away from products laced chemicals or preservatives. Just mainly having realistic expectations using practical sense in todays world.
