  1. I'd say above a certain level, the capacity difference is negligible. The set of circumstances where 12 vs 15 rounds would make a difference is extremely slim. The power difference wouldn't be much of a factor either (all these pistol calibers are comparably weak) except for the lack of good 9mm Makarov options.

  2.  @bdockett  Not just Czechoslovakia. A couple more countries used it but certainly not dozens. I think The Trooper is mistaking it with the CZ 75.
