Just 1 general that was confirmed. Russians looting food is standard. They done that for 100s of years, and will do for 100s more. Also don't buy into convoy sitting there theory.

LOL, the map does not show that for 50km to the west is Russian controlled land - they would need very long range artillery.

In Finnish war Russians could not advance. Here they advance every day. Fins also counter attacked. Fins also given massive casualties to the Russians / Soviets - not here. If Ukraine does not "break" it will simply be broken. Putin cannot give up, he can crush through. He is almost there anyways - we don't know his goals exactly but I bet he can exit by just taking Donbass. then again if he closes these cauldrons he can take all of Ukraine - his choice.

@jleif7736 Even from supplied pictures its multiple convoys. Some troops may be waiting to enter FOBs - others may have already. Etc. Etc. notice we don't have (at least not me) any updated pictures.

Umm, where do you see Russians surrendering en masse - you mean same guys that advance every day? Does not make sense does it. Baghdad Bob would be proud of Ukrainian propaganda.

A defeated army does not crush her enemies and marches on. We have not seen any large counterattack by Ukraine. Multiple cauldrons are closing.

@Zinger3030 just small counter attacks. Same as near Kiev. Nothing big or with large implications, such as retaking of a major city, cutting off large number of enemy troops, etc.

@Zinger3030 A lot of it is just propaganda. Most of it. If you watch Russian stuff you see exactly the same stuff, but with Ukrainian gear.

They have at least 4 weeks worth of ammo and resources. Its ex Soviet state. They can prelong this war without running low for many weeks, month+ easily. Amount of helis and planes lost is low. Don't buy into hype - there is no proof of any "huge" losses. Remember US lost over 70 aircraft in Iraq war. Not sure about Syrians - maybe - but they have even better troops - Chechens - already seen. These guys are natural born killers. Using civilian vehicles is nothing too special - for example buses will be used to move civilians through evacuation corridors. Or bring in POWs (also seen).

Notice one of the FOBs is in territory held by Ukraine ;) We use Ukraine maps of the conflict. They are one sided. Real maps show way more advancement. Not to mention Russian maps where most of Ukraine is taken. Also Irpin was taken. Mariupol was encircled already few days ago, above is forming 2nd ring. Finally they crossed the river over Kherson and the way to Odesa is open - again not on this map. More or less Russians down south did fulfill their 15 day plan.

@GeneralCalculus Well, if we are into history one has to point out that a lot of it is very "joined" between Fins and Russians. As for Russians themselves (and partly Ukrainians) they are actually Poles (what we know as Poles present day) conquered by people from the North - so Pole (what is now known as) + Fin (what is now known as) == Russian (what is now known as) (!)

@johnwalsh4857 June? You do know June is in ... June? Like far away. You don't expect Putin to easily win by June? It would be amazing if Ukraine did not collapse in two weeks. I predict Russians will start closing cauldrons in less then a week. In two weeks Donbass will be gone. Then Putin can call victory or take few weeks to take all of Ukraine, or parts he wants. So depending on Putin we are talking till maybe end of April if he wants all of it.
