  1. I’m not going to say that we shouldn’t pay attention to this, but I can tell you with 100% certainty that Dr. Phil’s map of US military bases is totally cherry-picked. Legitimate to be worried about Chinese spying. But if the JRE episode with Dr. Phil is all you know about the issue, you should be considerably more worried about Dr. Phil’s motives….

  2. According to Zeihan, what keeps him up at night is thoughts of mass global famine. He’s predicting at least a billion deaths in the near future by famine or famine-driven violence. At least a billion. More likely two or three times that many.
