I think his conclusion on the UK is that they are too small to stand on their own. They are going to have to kowtow to someone else and get absorbed into that someone else’s system. The options are to crawl back to what is going to be a France-dominated Europe or to beg to join the US-centric system. Peter’s bet is that they’ll pick the US. Once the UK is part of the US-centric system, UK demographics don’t move the needle on the demographics of the overall US-centric system significantly, so there’s not much reason to talk about it.
