From where do you think the Trump fortune came? Most states have very little protection for tenants and New York has virtually none. The bottom line is that most American fortunes are based in simple theft protected by laws. As long as the republicrats are able to control the entire political process we're going to remain screwed.

Fred's first fortune was gained through the New York Democratic machine in the early 20th century. Just one example of protected theft being at the root of virtually every fortune. I'd suggest you begin with Balzac if there were any chance you actually read, but we both know that isn't going to happen.
