  2.  @tstanley01  The 6-month treasury bill currently provides me 5.3% return. It is very easy to liquid. I am quite satisfied with it. Enough for me to pay the rent. It is my "win". The property markets in New Zealend, Canada, Australia, ... are adjusting. Would US be next? US core inflation is still a bit high. I would expect it could eventually damage the small companies. Soft landing? Possible but going to be very very hard. Let's see. The 10/30-year treasury bonds reach 4% again. If you were lenders, how would you choose? Loan to home buyers or buy 10 year treasury yield. Or two-year treasury note for 5% return. The situation in UK is even worst. If the long-term bond yield keeps going up, it could damage the bond investors. No one wants to see this happen.
