  2.  @khar12d8  1.57 million people on unemployment benefits in October 2023, which was 18,000 more than the month before, 49,000 more than in October 2022 and 338,000 more than the pre-pandemic month of March 2020. Ide say that's quite a lot. I do agree with the fact where you said older people are deemed not as useful which isn't good.
