  1. This happened on their watch and via their despicable negligence, they need to stop taking money and start putting it into the job of keeping water clean. Bills will go up however, you can bet your bottom dollar the same crap will still go into the water, because these lazy, incompetent creeps keep reaping the rewards and do sod all to keep the water clean. They should pay for the own negligence not the people, if they hadn't of been so greedy rewarding themselves millions and spent more money on what they should be bleeding doing, we wouldn't be in this mess. Absolute greed.
