  1. I don't blame the men and women on the floor , it's the idiots at the top who have run the NHS into the ground and are still running it further and further into the ground every day. What's a loss of life to them, it's not their family so why should they care, it's despicable the way medical care is no longer representative of its patients and more representative of the people making millions from it.
