  1. think what would happen if russia had that level :D everyone be sending troops to conquer moscow to prevent that. how was it with 1930s nazi regime tried to push bigger fertility for their big plan? iirc 1920s,30s germany was already urbanized and industrialized enough that those policies didnt work well... around 1942-44 they even adopted or stole kids from occupied countries to fix gap in population.

  3. sir that is excellent conspiracy theory: lot of ukrainian men die in war, later with peace, bring huge amount of "refugee" young men in ukraine. of course forced by EU blackmail: no immigration=no rebuild money.
