Real impact? There will be cold in Ukraine this winter.

@robertstimac2428 Ok, would you check what you just wrote? If they had unused refineries, then they would not ran out of oil. But on basic things Russia is self-sufficient, the population not really feels the war. In Ukraine without western aid everything would collapse in two weeks. Russia has a much bigger human pool, they could send million to fight while Ukraine ran out of soldiers already. So I can't see any reality how Ukraine could win. No soldiers, no equipment, no economy. And the winter is coming to a cold country where half of the energy structure is destroyed and third of the population voted by their legs to avoid the fight.

@RalphDavis-qk2xy The guy wanted to note that the 3 day statement came for Milley, not from Russia.
2
@ghostlightx9005 You mean Milley, not Putin.
2
Ukraine cannot do anything to avoid the fall.
2
@GG-si7fw Maybe you missed that Ukraine was worse place than Russia (that is why Ukrainians worked in Russia in the East for better wages) and also forget that Ukraine would collapse immediately without the economical support of the West.

You mixed the countries.

@dmitrinizovtsev3550 Probably in Ukraine and she thinks that is Russia...

Never believe propaganda or the reality will be bitter.

Censorship works pretty well here.

Any source?

@geofflepper3207 He did not promise deadlines.

Ukraine even gets oil from the West. Russia is self-sufficient on oil production.
1
@jjhpor The rich ones who will own remaining Ukraine after this ends.
1
@robertstimac2428 if you do the math on Russian refinery capacity, you will see that it will not bring the Russians down.

It is a fair question. After the end rebuilding will require enormous amounts of money. That work could take some part of the war economy in some areas, but will be more devastating IMHO than war losses. If Russia will be able to somehow survive the period of rebuilding and infrastructure upgrades (as part of pacification) the lands and new population could be profitable. But big IFs are there.

Funnily Ukrainians went to work to Russia and countries like Hungary to earn higher wages compared to Ukraine.

Based on wishful thinking data? The reality is that Ukraine runs out from everything earlier than Russia. Elongated war is the worst thing could happen (actually for everybody, even Europe, except of the USA who makes huge profit). But anyway, there was a peace plan in 2022 with no taken land and a discussable status of Crimea and the only important thing was neutrality from Ukraine...what a good deal they made...for the USA...
1
@jjhpor Agreed. But without NATO intervention I cannot see any realistic plan to win lost territories back.
1
@NexPutax You know they there is a brain drain to Russia, like the USA has in the West?
1
@NexPutax how many?
1
@NexPutax I have no idea what you try to say.
