  1. Nationally and currently we are only 10% lower in price versus last year this time. Many predicts it's going to bottom at 15%, we are nearly there. IMO I don't foresee any significant decrease in home prices from today.

  6.  @EclipseEditzx3  then how could you possibly buy, afford and maintain a house during a recession and/or a job loss? Recession hits EVERYONE Every buyer thinks it's only the sellers that'l are going to lose in a recession.

  7.  @EclipseEditzx3  that's because you are bearish to the market. Price isn't going to decline much more than now. 5-8% more and that's it. Lots of people with low rates bought from buying the last few years and those who refinanced at lower rates. They're going to survive even through this short recession. I just think the market will be a bull.
