  1. How do these news relate to a housing market crash? Also elderly evictions and squatters arent a new thing and exists whether the market is up or down. We do need solutions for them but they are isolated incidents.

  2.  @anthonyrichardrealtor9365  I should have clarified, isolated from recent housing market changes. I read through various market summaries from the site and many, if not all, where evictions increased was due to the moratorium of Oct 2020 (some cases to 2021 extensions). There was a lack of significant connection between increase of rent prices to increase of evictions, which we can assume to be the reason but the site is still lacking that evidence and data. This video did not show increase in squatters with data but rather was simply something that is "skyrocketing".
