  3.  @Dentalcoverage4u  my life is awesome and I absolutely don't take it for granted. I love it. I just want to make sure people are informed about the decisions they make, like Travis is about informing ppl about potential regrets of buying now. I'm not wrong in my statement about being informed about your HOA guidelines.
