  3. @@ZZZzzz-fuytb Regarding the seller, consider it price R&D. Regarding the buyer, why care if you believe buyer will end up losing the house anyways? Making money in America is a game! You capitalize where you can. Investors invest, near retiree want the most buck, and some just want to sell a house to a family. All fair. Until you understand and are aware that making money is not necessarily about hard work and fairness, then you will always be behind. Don't hate the player...hate the game. Money knows no ethics or morale. You can deftly use it to appease yours but it doesn't obligate it the other way around. Cry all you want, but money doesn't like those that don't like it back. At the end, don't over stretch your budget. Throw the same offer even if it takes 4-5 years from now, see what happens 🤷

  4. @@ZZZzzz-fuytb Got it, resorting to name calling is your best rebuttal. I'm 40 with 2 kids and a wife. A beautiful home and a beautiful family. I live in sunny Southern California and we don't have basements here. Like I said, America's economy is a game. And you sound like you don't know how to play it. I just wish you luck on saving your money and house search. I know it's frustrating so just take a deep breath and don't take it out on me.

You list a house for $900k and someone buys it, local appreciation will say it's overvalued. Buyer will used that as a means to lower asking. Y'all like to just throw numbers around but don't ever understand how the housing market works 🤦🏽‍♂️
