  3. I think the rates, inflation, prices, etc. are a place where it needs to be. People are still pending but not as much (we want to avoid completely freezing all markets). Keep it like this for a few years, wages will catch up and the balance will be better.

  4.  @LockedUpLarry  Not for major industries, except for IT but IT has been saturated in the last 10 years. Work was transferred to outsourced employees 1099. Layoffs were done to increase wages for existing employees
