  1. I'm really only concerned about my local RE market. Every jursidiction is different. Thankful for CA prop 13 while there are so many bad CA policies.

  2.  @tobyk5149  it's not going to be repealed just like a years ago. Democrats are adding it under a different name to confuse voters. Who the hell in their right mind as homeowners and renters going to agree to a prop 13 repeal??
