  1. I read from another source that most new construction are built to rent. I agree with incentivicing builders and not buyers, but only if it's to own...not to rent

  2.  @realestatemindset  yes I think govt should give builders incentives to build so that the supply will increase ie. subsidizing material, expediting the permit process, etc. Builders incentivicing buyers right now is futile because the demand is still high
