In this case the fallacy is that if you don't wear N95 mask you may as well wear nothing. The problem with stupid people like you is that your stupidity hurts innocent people.

I leave it to your superior intellect to figure out why. If I get on a bus and me and everyone else is wearing a mask then one idiot gets on without a mask we have two choices. 1. We all get off the bus and let non-mask idiot stay. 2. We all stay on the bus and evict non-mask idiot from the bus. Hmm, which is the more reasonable choice? Come on, you can do this.   21.  @republicansthatdidntvotefo1605  Here's what we know. 1. SEPTA policy was mask required for all passengers. 2. Dude didn't have a mask on. 3. Dude was told to get off the bus. 4. Dude refused multiple times to get off the bus. 5. Driver called police. 6. Dude still didn't get off the bus. 7. Police arrived and removed him from the bus. It does not matter whether dude knew about the mask rule. It does not matter whether dude had a mask with him. It does not matter whether dude agrees with the policy. The only thing that matters is that the driver is in charge of the bus and was enforcing the rules. it's no different if a passenger becomes unruly and disturbs other passengers, the driver has the right to evict the unruly passenger. In this case, the driver must assume that any passenger could have the virus. The driver has the right--no, the OBLIGATION--to protect himself and other passengers. Lemme guess: you think Bill Cosby is innocent.
