If you read the Hamas Covenant which they were elected on and has been published then you could only conclude the Israel is acting in accordance with international law and trying to prevent genocide.

The israelis are trying to prevent genocide. That's why they're going after Hamas.

Hamas have been quite open about their genocidal intentions. It seems strange that the Israelis were taken to court for trying to stop them.

Hamas has published its charter in which it clearly stipulates their intent towards the Jewish people so surely the Israelis are trying to stop genocide by going into Gaza.

@TheTruthHz Preventing genocide is basically what the allies did to Germany during the second world war. Germany is prosperous now without the national socialists let's hope Gaza becomes prosperous in the future.

@thescrewfly History didn't start in 1948. The Romans occupied Judea in 63 BC. Why doesn't that land belong to the Italians? The Arabs didn't occupy Judea until 638 AD. Why do you think the land belong to them? The Turk's have also occupied the area why doesn't it belong to them? The British have also occupied the area why doesn't it belong to the British? Archaeological evidence shows us that the Jews were there at least 2000 years before the Arab occupation. 1948 you say? 🙄

@aminfard8152 'The Land of Israel is the homeland of the Jewish people, that God Himself gave that Land to them as heritage and ordered them to live therein'. I'm not an islamic scholar but the Quran seems to be quite clear on the subject.
