  1. Watervliet: Yes, easily mispronounced as is a lot of The Great Industrial Northeast's cities and towns. That's the fault of the Dutch and English. The Dutch originally settled the area and then lost its North American holdings to the English in a European war in 1665, or so. The English were good at bastardizing the old Dutch and Indian names for settlements. So it's pronounced Water- vell- leet.

  2. All they did was put fancy side plates on the existing tank and called it a new system. Kind of like putting on new bumpers and grills on the American cars of the 1950'sand 1960's. Same old piece of shit just with different colored lipstick and mascara.
