  2. Well, if history is telling... and it is, then the communist Chinese army will behave with the following doctrine. Theg are a people of conformity. The common soldier will follow any order given by his superiors. His superiors will follow any order given by the leader who will think that he is a military tactical and strategic genius. The leader will not trust the advice of his senior staff. The senior staff is made of yes men. What this leads to is a total lack of critical thinking, adjustment to changing battle conditions and an unwillingness to try different methods to achieve victory. This is the communist way
