Well, he listened to over exaggerated advice from his air force minister. This was the downfall of Germany in WWII. Leaders who did not put trust in capable commanders in the field to make strategic decisions.

  4. Snowden a hero? As far as exposing the NSA spying on U.S. citizens, yes. As far as exposing information to terrorists, no. Spying on U.S.citizens makes the American government no better than the CCP in China or Soviet Russia or Nazi Germany.
