  1. This finally explains why Hitler ordered the Panzer groups to stop short of Dunkirk. Everyone says they can't explain why he would do that. Well, he listened to over exaggerated advice from his air force minister. This was the downfall of Germany in WWII. Leaders who did not put trust in capable commanders in the field to make strategic decisions.
