  2.  @sumduma55  LOL! Do you have any idea how silly you sound!? The case before her is alleging that CFPB is too powerful and needs to be weakened! The case was accepted by the whole court! Her "job" is to adjudicate it!

  3.  @sumduma55  She is there to hear legal arguments, ask questions, and then make a decision! It's not about 'protecting' anything! It's about 'hearing' and 'deciding' a case that was brought before the court!

  4.  @sumduma55  I described "adjudicate" to mean hear, question, and decide! As a liberal judge, she is more inclined to be deferential to a government agency than a conservative judge would. That's all I'm saying.
